SEOinputs provides an all-in-one marketing intelligence platform that aggregates data from multiple sources including search engines, social media, and advertising platforms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to SEOinputs. We retain ownership of our platform, algorithms, and aggregated analytics. Your raw data is never shared with other customers.
SEOinputs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.
