1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We also access Google Search Console and Google Analytics data for properties you explicitly authorize.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the SEOInputs service
- To sync your Google Search Console data
- To send service-related emails (sync errors, trial reminders, weekly digests)
- To improve our product and user experience
3. Data Storage
SEOInputs is a cloud-hosted application. Your data is stored securely on our infrastructure with encryption at rest. We do not transfer your data to third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., transactional email delivery via Resend).
4. Data Retention
Base plan data is retained for 24 months. With the Extended History add-on, data is retained indefinitely. You can request data export or deletion at any time from your Settings page.
5. Google API Scopes
We request read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We never modify your Google data. Scopes requested:

6. Cookies
We use a single httpOnly, secure session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts are used.
7. Your Rights
You can export your data, delete your account, or revoke Google access at any time. Visit Settings → Privacy for data controls.
