Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using SEOInputs ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• You may use the service only with websites and search properties you own or are authorized to manage.
• You may not use the service to attack, scrape, or impersonate third parties.
• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the platform without our written permission.
• You may not use the service to send unsolicited communications.

4. Connected data and authorizations

The service lets you connect Google Search Console and related accounts. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorized to do so. We access Search Console data on a read-only basis solely to provide the analytics features in your workspace; we do not modify your accounts or websites, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your connected data to train generalized machine-learning models. You can revoke a connection at any time from your workspace settings. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

5. Plans, billing, refunds

Subscription pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Payment is collected by our gateway partner; SEOInputs does not store card numbers. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds for unused time are issued on request within 30 days of cancellation.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Scheduled maintenance windows are published on the Status page.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have materially breached these Terms. You may close your account at any time. After termination, exports and deletion run per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOInputs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice and without obtaining your consent for each change. When we make a change we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using the service and close your account.
